Reiki is a gentle hands on healing technique that promotes balance and healing in the body. Reiki treatments promote relaxation, reduce stress, and provide pain relief. Reiki can help improve behavioural issues. It works well with both conventional and alternative healing methods.

This session is done by distance. I am able to come to you. There may be an addition travel fee if more than 20 km away.

A Soul Transition Doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and spiritual support to individuals and their families during the end-of-life process. They help individuals navigate their feelings, fears, and desires surrounding death, and provide guidance and comfort during this challenging time. Soul Transition Doulas offer a non-medical approach and can help advocate and make sure all their needs are met with their health care team. My main goal is to make sure that your loved one and the entire family feels empowered and that everyone's wishes are fulfilled with as much comfort and peace as possible.

A 7 week Journey of Grounding, Intuition, and Inner Peace

This 7-week meditation and healing circle is a calm, peaceful, and supportive space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each class will include guided meditation, healing energy, journaling, and simple tools you can use in your everyday life.

We will focus on calming the nervous system, learning to trust your intuition, strengthen your connection to your higher self, angels, and guides, finding inner peace in the middle of worry and chaos, and letting go of people-pleasing and perfection.

My intention is to provide you a safe space to clear your mind and heart without judgment and to find your inner peace.

I have worked with Diane for years, but this was my first remote session and I share this note so that other's who aren't sure if remote will work for them can rest assured - it was a powerful, beautiful healing experience and every bit as authentic as an in-person seesion with Diane would be. This is so important for anyone who feels they can't get to an in-person session for whatever reason. Know that remote works and you will come away with the same healing and relief, shift, calm that you trust Diane for assiting you with. I knew I needed a session, but my life schedule was challenging. A remote session solved that and I got the support I needed. Grateful!

Diane opened up her space and heart to facilitate a wonderful Reiki Level 1 class. I highly recommend this class if your looking to practice Reiki on yourself or others. The course material was well organized and sets you up with all you need to start your journey.
